Ways to promote clickbank products

In my previous blog " Earn Money Through affiliate marketing", I clearly defined what affiliate marketing means and how you can earn from it.  I also introduced you to Clickbank, one of the most popular affiliate sites available online.

So before I present some ways on how to promote your clickbank products online, let me teach you first how to be an affiliate for CLickbank.

Go to their website www.clickbank.com and register as an affiliate.  The moment you do this, you will have your own account. Be sure to read the rules and conditions and the guide on how to start as an affiliate.

Next, go to the marketplace and choose among the hundreds of products available to promote.  Click  on the product and learn more about it. It is advisable that you try the product on your own before promoting it so that its easier  for you to talk about it and share your own experience with your friends.


Click on the "promote" bar to create a hoplink.  The hoplink is made especially for you, this is the link that you need to copy and paste in your blogs, walls, etc. and if clients will purchase the products by clicking in your hoplink, then you will earn a commission.

Alright!  So by now, you already have an idea on how to use clickbank.  Now I'm going to show some ways on how you can promote your products.

1. Through Blogging - I'm sure you are all familiar with blogging. Whether you are blogging for personal or business purposes, you can actually use this method to promote products or services online.  You can write one, two or as many blog as you can about a certain product and insert the hoplink that you got from clickbank.  Whenever somebody reads your blog, click to the link and buy the product, you will automatically earn from the purchase and your earning will be visible in your clickbank account.

2. Through Social Accounts such as Twitter and Facebook -  You can also promote clickbank products to your friends and followers in your social accounts.  Just copy and paste the hoplink to your wall for your friends to see or you can message them directly and tell them about how good the product is.

3.  Through Emails -  You can also email your friends and tell them about the product. Insert the hoplink to your message and the same process takes place. If they will click the link and buy the product, then you can earn your commission for that transaction, but make sure that you do not send spam emails because that is a no no for any business. I personally believe that it will never worked and I think clickbank will not also allow that.

As I continue to search the web for ways to earn money online, I found out the increasing popularity of Affiliate Marketing.  This is not a new concept, in fact, this one of the oldest way to earn money online but the great thing today is that more options and choices are available online.

So, let's start talking about business.   If you are not familiar with how this works, let me share to you what I've learned about it.  Affiliate Marketing has been around for quite some time now. With this type of marketing, you don't need to have your own products and services to sell. You're job as an affiliate marketer is to promote the product and services of others and you will earn through commission basis. If someone buys the product you get a commission for that.

Working as a Virtual Assistant

I'm sure by now, you already heard of the term Virtual Assistant or VA.  Lots of definition are given in different sites about what VA really means and sometimes they make it too complex for some to understand and fully grasp.  I would like to share to you my own experience as a Virtual Assistant so that it's easier for me to described the job and for you to understand it.
I have been working as a  part time VA for almost a year now.  When I stopped working, I decided to surf the net for any home based job in order to help my husband with our finances. I found my way to www.freelancer.com and signed up. A few days later I got my first job and started working  for a Canadian Employer.  She trained me for about a week and I was very grateful because I learned lot of new things that I am not familiar with before. I basically managed her social accounts, send mails through craigslist and manage her emails and other accounts. Through her, I learned about affiliate marketing which I am now doing on my own.  Weeks later, I received another invitation to work as a Virtual Assistant for an American employer.  I decided to accept the offer and I am still working for her at the moment.  She is a blogger and a Multi Level Marketer so I have lots of things to do for her.  I manage all her accounts in WordPress, Facebook and many social bookmarking sites such as SERPD, Onlywire, Blog engage, blokube and many more. I also  manage her emails and do link building for her.

 So as based on my personal experience, working as a virtual assistant is not that easy because there's lot of things to learn, but if you are willing to try new things then it might also suit you. The good thing here is that you can do this part time or full time. It actually depends on how many hours you can work in a day. For instance in my case, I only worked 4 hours a day. Instead of wasting my time in Facebook,  twitter or any other social accounts, I make use of my spare time to earn at home while taking good care of my family and spending quality time with them.
